The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) invites proposals from qualified proponents to provide professional planning and consulting services in the delivery of a recreation services master plan.

Proposal documents may be obtained from the links below. Submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, August 31 2016. Late or electronic submissions will not be accepted. Hard copy proposals are to be submitted to:
