The Board of the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) at its regular meeting to be held June 27, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Board Chambers of the RDN Administration Office, located at 6300 Hammond Bay Road, Nanaimo, BC intends to consider a proposed amendment to the existing food-primary liquor licence for the Cuckoo Trattoria Pizzeria located at 2310 Alberni Highway in Electoral Area 'F', legally described as Lot A, Salvation Army Lots, Nanoose District, Plan 1115, Except Part in Plan 734 RW (see map below for location).

At this meeting the Board will consider passing a resolution to provide the Board's recommendations to the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Branch (LCLB) with regard to the proposed amendment to the existing food primary licence for the Cuckoo Trattoria Pizzeria. The applicant has applied to the LCLB for a permanent amendment to the Cuckoo Trattoria Pizzeria food primary licence in order to permit patron participation entertainment (food-primary entertainment endorsement).

All persons who consider their interest to be affected by the proposed amendment to the liquor licence shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in person, by a representative, or by written submission. Written submissions must be received at the RDN office by 4:30 pm, Monday, June 26, 2017 to ensure inclusion in the public record.
