Notice of Community Workshop
Electoral Area 'A' OCP Review Sustainability Principles Workshop

Help build the foundation for the future of your community

As part of the Electoral Area 'A' Official Community Plan review, a sustainability principles workshop will be held to develop principles that will assist the community in developing an Official Community Plan which is based on the concept of sustainability.

The sustainability principles workshop is scheduled as follows:

Date Time Location
November 17, 2008 6:30 pm 9:00 pm Cedar Community Hall
2388 Cedar Road

The purpose of the workshop is to develop a set of sustainability principles applicable to Electoral Area 'A' that will provide a framework to help guide decisions and actions that will lead us towards becoming a more sustainable community. The sustainability principles will also provide direction during the development of the new Official Community Plan and following its adoption.

This workshop is a critical component of the Official Community Plan review process and we strongly encourage you to participate. This is an exciting opportunity to have your say in the planning of your community and its future growth and development.
