Circle of Partners

The Circle of Partners is a core group of people from government, organizations, and community, who are able to speak/act on behalf of their organization or community group. They are passionate and enthusiastic forward-thinkers who bring diverse perspectives and are committed to advancing OHWN's priorities. We strive to ensure the membership has organizational, cultural, gender and demographic diversity.

Action Groups

Action groups are made up of a small number of individuals working collectively on priorities identified by the circle of partners. The action groups will include at least one member from the circle of partners, plus other individuals from the community who are action-oriented and committed to finding community-based, collaborative solutions.

Health and Wellness Network

Moving forward, OWHN will invite participation from the broader community, which will be referred to as the Health and Wellness Network. It will include individuals from the Oceanside community who are passionate about the health and well-being of their community.

The membership of OHWN’s Circle of Partners has evolved over the years. The following organizations are currently represented on the Circle of Partners and Action Groups:

  • Arrowsmith Lodge and Cokely Manor
  • City of Parksville
