Notice of Disposition of Land and Notice of Intention to Provide Assistance - Sublease Agreement

Pursuant to Sections 272 and 286 of the Local Government Act, Notice is hereby given that the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) intends to renew a Sublease Agreement with the Parksville Curling Club Society for a term of five (5) years commencing April 1, 2018, for the operation of the RDN's District 69 Arena as a curling facility that is located on City of Parksville lands legally described as That Part of the Remainder of Parcel B (DD 34903-I) of District Lot 13, Nanoose District, Plan VIP67307 (220 Corfield Street N, Parksville, BC), for rent of $25.00. The extent of the assistance is considered to be approximately $86,200.
