Geographic Data Available for Public Download

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) now has geographic data freely available for the public to download. The open data includes property and address data, service areas, and land use regulation layers in both ESRI Shapefile and KML formats.

To view data you will need a GIS, CAD or Google Earth software package installed on your computer. Shapefiles are projected to UTM Zone 10 Metres, NAD83.
