District 69 Community Facilities Booking Policies And Fee Structure Review

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Recreation Department invites proposals for the professional facilitation and consulting services in the delivery of a report reviewing access to community owned facilities within the District 69 area (City of Parksville, Town of Qualicum Beach, Electoral Areas 'E', 'F', 'G', and 'H') including but not limited to a review and comparative analysis of booking processes, policies and rates as they relate to community groups looking to host programs that support health, wellness and active living.

Attached are the instructions to Proponents and Terms of Reference that are to be used as the basis for all proposals.

  • Proposals will be received at the Regional District of Nanaimo up to November 20th, 2017
  • Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Proposal - District 69 COMMUNITY FACILITIES BOOKING POLICIES AND FEE STRUCTURE REVIEW” addressed to Recreation and Parks, Regional District of Nanaimo, 830 West Island Highway, Parksville, BC V9P 2X4.
