The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for the 2018-2022 operation of Horne Lake Regional Park (HLRP), a 109-hectare, off-grid, lakefront, park with 74 regular campsites, two group camping areas, a boat launch and a day-use area.
