A Public Information Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 29 at 6:30 pm at Mountain View Elementary School - Multipurpose Room located at 2480 East Wellington Road concerning the zoning amendment application affecting the property located at 3097 Landmark Crescent in Electoral Area 'C', legally described as Lot 7, Section 20, Range 3, Mountain District, Plan 31215 (see location map below).

The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Subdivision District 'D' to Subdivision District 'F' under the "Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987", to reduce the minimum parcel size from 2.0 hectares to 1.0 hectare to facilitate a future two lot subdivision.

The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to introduce the proposed change in parcel density and to invite comments from the public regarding this application. Please note this is not a Public Hearing. A summary of the comments received at this meeting will be provided to the Electoral Area Services Committee and Regional Board as part of the application review process.
