Proposals clearly marked "Proposal for Regional District of Nanaimo - Ultra-Violet (UV) Equipment Supply" will be received at the office of Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd., PO Box 790 - 194 Memorial Avenue, Parksville, B.C. V9P 2G8, up to 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday, March 7th, 2017. Any Proposals received after the stated Proposal closing time may be returned to the Supply Contractor unopened. The Proposals will not be opened in Public.

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) requests that interested suppliers submit Proposals for the design, supply and commissioning of Water Treatment Equipment consisting of Ultra-Violet (UV) Disinfection. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enable the RDN to select an equipment supplier and obtain equipment details so the Water Treatment Upgrades can be designed to accommodate the selected treatment equipment. Interested equipment suppliers are requested to respond in accordance with the requirements of the RFP. The RFP documents will be available at the office of Koers & Associates Engineering Ltd., 194 Memorial Ave., Parksville, B.C., on Tuesday, February 14th, 2017.

The lowest price or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted. The RDN reserves the right to waive informalities in or reject any or all Proposals, or accept the Proposal deemed most favourable in the interests of the RDN. Proposals not conforming to the specified requirements may be returned to the Supply Contractor without consideration.
