The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit submissions from qualified firms to provide a biosolids management program (the "Beneficial Use program") that will manage Class B biosolids produced by the Greater Nanaimo Pollution Control Centre (GNPCC) over the next 5 years.
