A Public Hearing will be held for Bylaw No. 500.432, respecting 3452 Jingle Pot Road in Electoral Area C. The purpose of the Amendment Bylaw is to rezone a portion of the subject property from Agriculture 1 (AG1) Zone to a new Jingle Pot Road Comprehensive Development Zone 56 (CD56) to allow the development of a Montessori Farm School in accordance with Agricultural Land Commission Non-Farm Use Resolutions #174/2017 and #3/2020.
