A Public Hearing will be held for a Non-Medical Cannabis (NMC) Retail Store Licence Application, respecting 1211 and 1221 Meadowood Way in Electoral Area F. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for the public to hear the application details and to provide comment. The Regional District of Nanaimo Board will consider all submissions, comments and the potential community impacts prior to making a recommendation to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch to subsequently approve or deny the proposed NMC retail store licence.
This Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 13, 2021 at 5 p.m.
