The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) and the Town of Qualicum Beach are pleased to announce the completion of the Sandpiper subdivision water supply project. Residents who have been enjoying high-quality drinking water via a temporary link since November 2021 can now celebrate a permanent connection.
