Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2022-093

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment application respecting property located at 1035 Shayla Road in Electoral Area H. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Rural 1 (RU1) Subdivision District ‘B’ to RU1 Subdivision District ‘D’, under the “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987”, to reduce the minimum parcel size from 8.0 hectares to 2.0 hectares to allow a four-lot subdivision.
