RDN News Release - Residents Invited to Provide Input on Bylaw 500

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is updating its Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987 (Bylaw 500). Bylaw 500 is a planning document that regulates the use of land, buildings and structures in five of the seven RDN electoral areas. Residents are invited to review and provide feedback on the draft zoning bylaw via an online survey until December 31, 2022, and through three upcoming virtual public meetings.
