Public Notice - Phone Outage on Gabriola Island - Update

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) has been advised that BC Hydro customers on Gabriola Island and Mudge Island may experience a power outage tomorrow for up to two hours starting around 11 a.m. This outage will allow TELUS crews to install a new line to restore wireless and phone services to Gabriola Island. Your patience is appreciated while crews work to support these emergent repairs.
