A Public Information Meeting will be held Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 6:30 pm at Nanoose Place 2925 Northwest Bay Road concerning the proposed cash-in-lieu of park land dedication as part of a subdivision application affecting the property located at the corner of Stewart Road and Davenham Road in Electoral Area 'E', legally described as Lot 1, District Lot 137, Nanoose District, Plan 31921, Except Part in Plan 49001 (see location map below).

The applicant proposes to subdivide the property into nine bare land strata Lots and pay cash-in-lieu of park land dedication pursuant to Section 510 of the Local Government Act.

The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to introduce the applicant's proposal to pay cash-in-lieu of park land dedication and to invite comments from the public regarding this proposal. Please note this is not a Public Hearing. A summary of the comments received at this meeting will be provided to the Electoral Area Services Committee and Regional Board as part of the application review process.
