Electoral Area F includes the communities of Coombs, Errington, Hilliers, and Meadowood and surrounding rural and resource areas. The scope of services for this contract includes preparation of a public engagement plan and backgrounder documents for the Official Community Plan Review, facilitation of public engagement events and reporting on these events and input received with recommendations for policy changes.
