Notice of Temporary Use Permit Application No. PL2021-201

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Temporary Use Permit application respecting 4299 Biggs Road and 7155 Weigles Road, in Electoral Area C. The purpose of the proposed permit is to recognize the current operation of a recycling facility and gravel mart on the subject property for a period of three years (see plans in the attached notice).
