Notice is hereby provided that the Board, at its regular meeting scheduled on February 13, 2024, may consider proposed amendments to its Board Procedure Bylaw, "Regional District of Nanaimo Board Procedure Bylaw No. 1862, 2022" related to:
- Delegation deadlines, limits and presentation requirements
- Correspondence deadlines and requirements for accepting correspondence
- Committees and external appointments
- Updates to align with the Local Government Act and align with current practice
