Service Alert - Financial Online Portal - Temporary Access Disruption

The Regional District of Nanaimo’s (RDN) financial online services portal will be temporarily offline from 4 p.m. on Monday, February 5 until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, to allow for system upgrades and maintenance. Members of the public will be unable to access their utility accounts through the online portal, request utility charge certificates, pay utility bills or do other utility billing-related activities online during the scheduled maintenance.
