Parks and Trails Alert - Benson View Regional Trail Temporary Trail Closure April 3

A section of the Benson View Regional Trail will be closed April 3, 2024, to manage hazardous trees for the safety of park patrons. The work will include converting two dead cedar trees into habitat snags and laying flat dead and unstable trees near the trail. Visitors to the park will not be able to access the Mt. Benson summit from this trail during the temporary closure. Trail access to the first viewpoint will remain open.
