The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit submissions from experienced and qualified firms for Wildlife Control Services to assist in minimizing the damage and risk from nuisance birds and providing vector control at the Regional Landfill located at 1105 Cedar Road in Nanaimo, British Columbia.
