Home Energy Assessment
< Return to Rebates While incentives last, home owners can access a $150 rebate when obtaining a home energy assessment that results in an EnerGuide rating for the home, regardless of the actual rating. In addition to the $150 rebate, homeowners who improve the EnerGuide rating for their home can apply for an additional incentive to a maximum of $200 with a copy of the follow-up home energy assessment report. This program enables home owners in RDN Electoral Areas to save money while taking steps to reduce energy consumption in their home. City of Nanaimo residents can view the Home Energy Assessment information for their area.
