RDN News Release - Fire Prevention Week October 5 - 11

Fire Prevention Week is a nationwide event that encourages Canadians to take the time to learn how they can stay safe in case of a fire. This year’s theme “Charge into Fire Safety™: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home” strives to better educate the public how to buy, charge and dispose of lithium-ion batteries safely. The campaign highlights how important it is to buy, charge and recycle safely when it comes to lithium-ion batteries.
