Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) - July 2014

On July 23, 2014, the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) executed the Lakes District and Schooner Cove Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU is a non-binding agreement between the land owner and the Regional District of Nanaimo which outlines practical considerations for future development, such as water supply, sewage treatment, and stormwater management, and the anticipated courses of action needed to implement these developments.
