    RDN Recreation and Parks invites older adults to get inspired at this year’s Active Aging Week. With free activities from October 6 to 10. Both drop-in and pre-registered activities available. Try a new activity, fitness or yoga class, weaving, hiking or take a workshop. This week is a great time to find ways to increase your daily physical activity and connect with your community.

    Go to getinvolved.rdn.ca/rec-connect to view all the events planned for active aging week. Recreation is ageless.
