Welcome to the Community Wood Smoke Reduction Rebate application form. RDN Electoral Area, Qualicum Beach, City of Parksville, and District of Lantzville residents can use this form to upload your voucher, paid invoice, and other support documentation.

Rebate Form

This is found on your Voucher Rebate Form from the retailer and is a requirement for this application to be accepted as complete.
Contact your retailer if you are unsure of your voucher number.
Voucher number must be displayed in the following format XXX-####. For example, ABC-1234.

Please note, the Community Woodsmoke Reduction Program is available to residents of an RDN Electoral area, or the municipalities of Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Lantzville, and Nanaimo. Residents of Nanaimo must apply directly to: woodstovechangeout@nanaimo.ca All other RDN Green Building Incentives are available to RDN Electoral Area residents only.
