Wood Smoke Reduction Program Rebate

Below is the form to submit your voucher, paid invoice and other support documentation associated with the Wood Smoke Reduction Program. If you have not completed the mandatory application survey, please complete that before submitting this form.

Rebate applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and are disbursed on a first-come-first-served basis.

This is found on your Voucher Rebate Form from the retailer and is a requirement for this application to be accepted as complete.
Contact your retailer if you are unsure of your voucher number.
Voucher number must be displayed in the following format XXX-####. For example, ABC-1234.

Residential address

Please note, the Community Woodsmoke Reduction Program is available to residents of an RDN Electoral area, or the municipalities of Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Lantzville, and Nanaimo. Residents of Nanaimo must apply directly to: woodstovechangeout@nanaimo.ca All other RDN Green Building Incentives are available to RDN Electoral Area residents only.
