The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit submissions from experienced and qualified firms to provide an electronic signature solution to enable the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) to deliver a simple, seamless experience of applying digital signatures for online transactions with an integrated, end-to-end workflow process for a five (5) year term.
