Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2020-028

An application has been submitted to rezone the subject property at 1530, 1540 and 1550 Springhill Road in Electoral Area F, from Industrial 1 (I-1) to Industrial 5 (I-5). The new zone would change the minimum parcel size from 2.0 hectares to 1.0 hectare to facilitate a two-lot subdivision and increase the parcel coverage from 30% on the first hectare and 5% on remaining hectares to 40% parcel coverage.
