Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2020-126

This zoning amendment application proposes to amend “Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987” by changing the Subdivision District from ‘D’ (2.0 hectare minimum parcel size) to ‘F’ (1.0 hectare minimum parcel size). If successful, the amendment would allow the applicant to pursue a two-lot subdivision application for property located at 3131 and 3141 Galloway Gulch in Electoral Area C.
