A Public Hearing will be waived for Amendment Bylaw No. 500.436, respecting Lot 4 Springhill Road in Electoral Areas F and G. The purpose of Bylaw 500.436 is to rezone "Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw 500, 1987" by changing the portion of the subject property located in Electoral Area G from Rural 1 to Industrial 1 to facilitate future development.
Third reading of Amendment Bylaw 500.436 is scheduled for Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 1 p.m.
