Notice of Zoning Amendment Application No. PL2023-057

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) is in receipt of a Zoning Amendment application respecting 1340 and Lot 2 Kipp Road, in Electoral Area A. The applicant proposes to rezone the subject properties from Residential 2 (RS2), Subdivision District 'F' to Industrial 2 (IN2), Subdivision District 'Z' under the "Regional District of Nanaimo Land Use and Subdivision Bylaw No. 500, 1987", to allow for the expansion of the existing manufacturing business currently taking place on an adjacent lot at 1329/1333 Kipp Road.
