RDN News Release - Free Climate-Friendly Home Upgrade Workshops and Resources

The Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) has partnered with City Green Solutions and Carbon Wise to deliver a series of free, skills-focused workshops showing RDN residents how to draft proof their homes, resulting in energy savings and improving home comfort. The two-hour, in-person workshops will be led by industry experts who will show participants how to locate and fix draft issues, air-sealing techniques and how to apply weatherstripping to their doors and windows. There will also be interactive displays for participants to get hands-on experience.
