RDN Strategic Plan 2023-2026 Approved by the Board

On September 26, 2023, after a three-month review that included a series of facilitated workshops and meetings that were open to the public, the Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN) Board of Directors approved the RDN Strategic Plan for 2023-2026. The strategic plan sets out the Board’s vision, role and commitments and serves as the guiding document for the development and delivery of RDN programs, initiatives and workplans to achieve the Board’s goals. The Board identified five strategic areas of focus representing the most important opportunities and challenges facing the RDN.
