RDN News Release - 2024 Rebates Available to RDN Residents

As part of the Regional District of Nanaimo’s (RDN) commitment to mitigating climate change and supporting environmental stewardship, the RDN is now accepting rebate applications from homeowners for environmentally friendly improvements made to their properties. For 2024, $243,000 in rebates is available with individual rebates ranging from $100 to $1,500 depending on the program. Rebates are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to qualifying applicants until available funds are spent.
